Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions refer to all participations in the Supradyn® pro product testing campaign in Switzerland. The organizer of the campaign is Bayer (Schweiz) AG with its registered office in 8045 Zurich ("Organizer"). Persons who have their domicile in Switzerland are eligible to participate. The participation of minors requires the consent of the legal representative. After registration and recruitment by the organizer, participants receive a free product (either Energy-Mix+Phyto, Vitality or Immuno). Excluded from participation are competition clubs, automated services and other professional/commercial participants. Legal recourse is excluded.

The Supradyn® pro product testing campaign has no connection to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the campaign are to be addressed exclusively to Bayer (Schweiz) AG, Supradyn® pro Switzerland.

The course of the testing campaign, recruitment, product allocation and participation deadline are explained in the respective post or on the campaign landing page or by email. The test phase lasts 30 days; participants are asked to complete a start, interim and final survey. Participants are also encouraged to create content for social media; additional photos, videos and reviews can be uploaded to the campaign landing page (blog). Participants who make special efforts may be contacted by the organizer to request the use of their content for paid advertising channels (buy-out for the assets will only be paid if the content is actually used for paid advertising channels). Participants who complete the final survey receive another free product.

Contributions are valid as long as they do not violate the following guidelines:

  • Comments, images or videos that violate the guidelines of the respective social media channel, Swiss law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after becoming aware. The participant is thus excluded from further participation in the campaign.   • Supradyn® pro Switzerland assumes no liability for external content.
  • By uploading content to the campaign landing page or by publicly using the campaign hashtag or mentioning the official Supradyn® pro account, participants grant the organizer a simple, transferable license to use the content for the brand's organic channels, e.g. the brand website, digital POS and for HCP (healthcare professionals) communication. Uploaded images and reviews may be used in anonymous form on the brand website, the product tester blog and for communication to HCPs. Use in paid advertising only takes place after a separate buy-out agreement. Bayer would in this case contact the selected participants by email. There is no entitlement to a buy-out agreement.

The organizer may moderate and remove content that violates law, third party rights, platform guidelines or these terms and conditions. A reporting mechanism is available on the landing page.

Selected participants will be contacted via the contact details provided during registration (e.g. address, email or social media private message). No cash payment will be made, free products cannot be exchanged or transferred to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Claims that are not asserted within 14 days of notification expire without replacement. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the draw.

Participants agree that the first name and/or last name of the selected participants, as well as their images, videos and reviews uploaded to the product page, may be mentioned in Supradyn® pro Switzerland media (online/website and print) as well as on the official Supradyn® pro account. In addition, the use of the content for communication to healthcare professionals is permitted. Otherwise, personal data may be used with the participant's consent to carry out the campaign and processed by Bayer (Schweiz) AG as well as the commissioned agency Swissper; beyond that, the data may be used by Bayer for marketing purposes.
